Currently, LABORATORY VACANCY the company is seeking to recruit 8 Admin Clerks/Receptionists to join their team in various locations across the country.

LABORATORY VACANCY The ideal candidates will be responsible for administering the receiving, capturing, and distribution of all samples to ensure that correct information is obtained and recorded, and to facilitate the speedy processing of samples in terms of service objectives. To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification, and a Bsc degree is advantageous.

Additionally, candidates must be computer literate and have relevant job knowledge in laboratory VACANCY information systems and organizational policy procedures. The key performance areas for this role include administering sorting and distribution of samples according to set standard operating procedures, processing sample registration (“logging”) and queries according to set standard operating procedures, ensuring dispatching of specimens for processing in accordance with prescribed standard

operating procedures, and monitoring progress and filing of reports, including handling queries and report delivery, LABORATORY VACANCY in line with prescribed turnaround time. Admin Clerks/Receptionists will also perform hospital rounds to distribute reports and collect submitted samples for processing in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures. They will be responsible for investigating bottleneck in pre-analytical laboratory processes and ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
